The Hustle program at the Sandra Cameron Dance Center teaches the hottest and most current Hustle patterns and styling being done today. A 3-count rhythm dance, born in the 1970's with its roots in Mambo and early hip-hop/freestyle, Hustle was a way back to touch dancing.
There have been many variations and incarnations over the years. Since the '70's, there have been infusions of jazz, ballet and American Smooth elements in the dance. The way Hustle is danced today at the dozens of socials here in the tri-state area and throughout the national competition circuit is very exciting, graceful, polished and colorful.
