Cameron Johnson

Cameron Johnson was the Amateur and Professional Ballroom Champion of South Africa. He studied with his parents who own a ballroom dance studio and eventually taught there as well. When he came to the United States, Cameron taught at a Fred Astaire studio for four years where he learned American Style competitive dancing. He competed professionally as well as competing with his students in Pro-Am competitions.

Cameron came to the Sandra Cameron Dance Center in 2005. He teaches all levels of social dance classes, choreographs for performance workshops and co-teaches the medalist classes with Ellen Tittler. In addition, Cameron continues to teach students who wish to compete in International Style and American Style. His Pro-Am students always dance at a very high standard and place well in competitions.
